You could do Lord Asclepius ritual as well, or just focus on Lord Asclepius. He is the God of healing.

Its me who text the question.It was about both physical and psychological health of myself.I do have high score of air element on my natal chart as well as highly imaginative abilities.When my physical health gone down (flu) those chart effects got me down with combination of a broken relationship.I think gods have shown me the way of self care and healing as i am practicing them.

You could work with The Earth Element to balance things out and bring you back into the plane of practical reality. It could be advanced, however. Certainly you have to get great control over your mind (trance, void meditation, flame meditation). All this could help you control your thoughts. Have you tried this combination yet?
