Do not change the Ritual. It was given that way for a reason. Things that can be changed are already made explicit on the page (e.g. you can use blue candles instead of black if you don't have black ones, etc.) For the rest stick to what is listed in the ritual steps.

Satan does not need to "read your name" to know "what your name is, how serious you are in your intentions and that you have concretely demonstrated this with a formal commitment." It is not a business contract that needs the signature prominently displayed....
