#75704 How to completely destroy targets defence? Not energy ripping

To make magickal working more effective, I'm thinking about lowering the defense of the target person. The energy-ripping method is great, but it is more complex. Can I just visualize the aura of the target person getting completely sucked out and becoming black?
I understand about ethics, and I made sure that the target really deserves this. Feel free to share your advice
