I don't feel comfortable while doing it, it takes so much time. Sometimes 2 hour, if I am trying to do it quick and not concentrate enough, 40 min. I don't know why, is there any other meditation to do instead of this?

They are spinning. It is more likely that you are having trouble sensing it, rather than them actually not spinning.
Instead of focusing too much on the visual motion, try to feel them simply increasing in activity. This is easier to do. You can imagine more light coming off of them, which is easier to imagine rather than seeing specific motion, at least it as for me.
Additionally, try to clean them and/or empower them with energy you breath in. These are alternative methods which increase the power of the chakra, rather than relying on chakra spinning alone.
