Should we do a Material square or Spiritual square for physical healing? I was going to start a Sun square and I wanted to know which is best for this type of thing. I was aiming for healing physical health problems and I was wondering if the Material square would be the best for this.

Also I want to ask about a Venus square for the same reason. Venus is in Capricorn right now and I was wondering if that could be used to improve or heal skin problems due to Venus and Saturn/Capricorn having rulership over skin.

Material square for material issues. If your sun is debilitated in your natal chart and that is what is manifesting disease physically, then you need to do both. Physical for healing and spiritual for fixing the cause.

You can start a square with the Sun in Capricorn, but it will be less strong and effective than with Leo and Aries, or in Sagittarius.
Avoid starting a square with the Sun in Aquarius and Libra, which are its signs of fall and detriment.

Since the Base chakra is directly connected to the energies of Saturn (Source: https://templeofzeus.org/Base_Chakra.php), skin problems may signal a weakened Base Chakra that needs to be clened and strengthened.
