I want to begin my career as an author(novel), but things seems to be stuck. My novel doesn’t seem to attract many readers.

I personally think that you should focus on developing the skills that a writer needs. If you only bring people to you without building a base of personal skill, you will hardly be recognized just because you attract people.

Mercury or Ansuz Rune works can help you with this, for writing. Another important thing is creativity and in-depth study of how to build a story, and the writing style. It is not an easy thing. It is something that requires time and commitment like all things worth dedicating yourself to. There are courses and books on this.
