5th/6th

Have any advanced meditators that are familiar with the astral been to 5th and 6th dimensions? I hear this is extremely advanced and takes years but nobody says what to do during those years like what meditations to do? Could it be added to daily meditations? Any info greatly appreciated


Also does satan rules all dimensions of existence or do other Nordics? I do understand we are superior on all planes but satan is ruler of earth so that's why I ask. Don't yell at me just teach me something thanks
