40 Day schedule

Greetings fellow Zevists, I wish to enquire about the 40 days ritual... I missed a few days of the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Do I continue where I left off or I start the schedule all over again and make sure that I never skip a day again

Hi, If you ask my personal opinion, it seemed to me that it would be better to go back to the meditations you skipped after completing the entire program. I used to do the same thing back in the day.

Do not worry about skipping a day or two - happens even to the best of us. It has been said the best solution would be to continue the schedule with the ritual others are doing, preferably in a live group at vultustemplorum.org
