No. They appear to be just descendants like too many, Middle Eastern tribes, of human origin. All humans are human species as they exist down here.
Alien "origins" theory is just trying to wash, amend and shut down logic about what is going on. It's the usage of knowledge about aliens, to justify political warfare, hatred and general disarray, but now projected in "alien disclosure" basis and dumb theories.
Clearly they are natives of earth like anyone else, and like anyone else, they might or have might not been affected to some level by these or other entities, and their internal volitions which they did not always control.
Anything regardless of it's creator or author, can descend into Izfet. You can have children and unless you properly train them, they can become paragons of Izfet for society. Your "genes" matter little in this case.
The later followers of the Yehuboric cults have been essentially all people of mankind; doing the greatest crimes and so forth. Biologically it didn't even matter who or what gave birth to them.
It does not matter who created what in the end, because anyone can create something and it can do whatever in this world. As about statements of "creation of Nordics", look how many Yehuboric and Izfetic tenants exist in these places also. I could cite the list of crimes of "Nordic Descendants" and it would be equal or higher to that of any group from the Levant.

When you say it's "a races fault" this means you deny all responsibility and just throw it all on random insane theories. So Andrapods love these kinds of arguments so they can remain as Andrapods in their mind and also justify why they do wars, cause disarray and related: No logic, just say X and Y is evil because of "race" and move on to be total Izfet. This is done by all sides and in all species: When you do this for another species, it doesn't make you good, it just means you are trying to find reasoning to cover for deficiencies.
This is because none of this has to do with race (Volition of entities is not race based), it has to do with internal pathology and/or alignment with Izfet or Ma'at. Beings can choose a side, or change sides. This is a conscious decision and soul-based decision, not a physical entity or ancestry decision.
Racial narrative is empty nonsense to asses any reality matter. Theophoric people exist in all people of the earth (scarcely; they need to be made - andrapoda is the natural state and Izfet is the natural entropic state in all creatures), and there are also rife Andrapods and Yehuboric servants in all people [mostly due to ignorance]. Racial narratives are how Yehubor try to frame everything; that origin is above self responsibility. Anyone who advances spiritually will become Theophoric lifeform.
Politics and hate has transfigured in the 21st century, moving from Religious context [They crucified Christ] to medieval context [They are Demons], then now it's that they are spanws of Reptilians [or another race] and this technique is used against any and all people of the earth, it's Demonization process for the 21st century. Same witch-trial idiots and low IQ who did this in the Middle Ages, do the same in the 21st century, just in another context.
It's used to avoid self reflection, self accountability, and self-responsibility.
There have been many in history who were influenced by astral and/or psychic manipulation, who "created" anyone doesn't matter in the spectrum of things. It doesn't say nothing about what anyone is.
No race is pristine or better on earth and the short-comings and anti-theophoric tendencies of many, are centuries old. If we generate lists about all the evil and dumb things any race has done against the Gods, we will find equal representation of ignorance in all human species. Jews created something and it's later adoption by ignorant masses, only prolonged the ignorance [and maximized it].
You can't blame shift forever at the Jews. "They made this crack" - But who smoked it, marketed it, and spread it, for their own disgusting ends? Yes, the damsels in distress: The other races of mankind - they carried the viruses, and the viruses have spread with the admission of their carriers [all people's have done this; so there's no point to blame any people's in particular for just having spiritual pathologies].
The jews could have their own religion and their beliefs. Good or bad, they were what they were. The later adoption, destruction and mass chaos that occurred, is not solely their fault. The damsel victims also have a major responsibility for what occurred. The Jews were not the first or the last historically to commit certain mistakes, or write falsehood, or have negative beliefs.
Whomever adopted these later and drowned humanity in the sea of blood, was equally a Yehubor and equal to the agency of Izfet who had these motives. This happened before the advent of the Jewish people in religious or other forms of authority in history. They are not the cause of all the worlds perils on their own. Others participate actively and as history changes, the emergence of Izfet and Yehuboric mentality, is not "owned" by any race or people's of the earth. It's a spiritual pathology that emerges and can emerge in any people.
Blame shifting cannot happen in the eyes of the Gods so don't try to whitewash these "innocent damsels who were just deceived" like teenagers; everyone must assume responsibility for Izfet [because all people have a shared bill to pay in this - globally].
And they all explain one thing: Everything can be an andrapod and if the side of Izfet wins, they take control of everyone, not caring about "where you are" or what womb you are from, or what location you were born into, or whatever of these classifications.

1. Anyone can give birth to Izfet
2. Anyone can follow it
3. Anyone can promote it
4. Anyone can destroy if they get caught in the vortex
5. There is nobody guilty or innocent, but based on their actions [as individuals]
6. Individuals or anyone, do not account for the "crimes of the mob" in any historic interval.
7. The Gods see the bill and the account of each entity, not of collectives. They rank based on individual merits.
