My question is simple and little noobish, but I' wondering about it.
I'm doing Spiritual Warfare Training Program. In second month I have to open my 3rd eye and chakras.
I think it's impossible to do in 4 days for eye and 1 day for each chakra, so how often I have to do these exercises later?
I think it may be something like this:
Monday - Base
Tuesday - Sacral
Wednesday - Solar
Thursday - Heart
Friday - Throat
Saturday - Third Eye (chakra or eye itself?)
Sunday - Crown
Is this good?
One more question: Why in this program we're working from crown to base, when base chakra should be opened first?

That may work, doing them each day in the week like that, however the third eye needs to be done in 4 days conseculatively so keep that in mind. I dont know where you heard that the base should be opened up first, perhaps it does need to be opened up first, but from my understanding, they can be opened in any order regardless. I would just carefully re-read the instructions on the JoS training program and follow them to the letter.

Thanks.. One more question.
What about sixth chakra?
Will it open with 3rd eye or do I have to open it classicaly?
