Can I instead of laying down 1 minute after each asana, lay sequentially like after every 3-4 asanas. Or do all of them in a sequence like in a yoga class and then lay down in corpse pose 10-15 minutes?

I always did the laying down after the Yoga session was complete as opposed to after each asana, so my suggestion would be do your routine and then finish in corpse pose for however long feels good for you, I dont tend to do more than 5 minutes but I am sure more is good too.
