#209 Hatha Yoga Related Question

Sometimes I enjoy doing a Full Hatha Yoga Session in One Go, and sometimes I enjoy doing it in split parts, meaning :
- 1-3 Asanas
- House Chore / or meditation
- 1-3 Asanas

And so on, I find this model quite benefic for me and efficient especially when my schedule is tight, is it okay to keep doing this?
Should I still practice the corpse pose if it's not a full session? I still give 1-2 minutes per Asana to amplify the energy.

The corpse pose section, when you lay down and feel the energy, is the most important of the session as this is when the energy is "consolidated", or else it'll just dissipate.

It's better than not doing it, but there is a flow to Yoga. If you can help it, don't do this. But if you must, do the corpse pose (laying down) for at least 5 minutes after every "chunk", so you can at least store some of the energy.
