2 Questions.

1. Is it possible to taste things with the Hand Chakras? I was holding a piece of chocolate, and suddenly it tasted like I had put it in my mouth. Same thing happened with some soap, though that was less than pleasant.

2. When I do vibrations, no matter which ones, my cat lays on the floor (in loaf pose), and she seems to be happily listening to me? Not sure what exactly is going on there, but it’s kind of adorable.

you can taste things just by looking at them or remembering them, smell can also blend into taste.
you can smell a bad scent and all the sudden taste it aswell.
just thinking of food or specific flavors can make a person release lots of saliva, and vividly taste whatever they are thinking of.

Can anyone answer these 2 questions?
-On 29/10 i want to start a magickal working to overcome my fear of social pressure and of being judged by other people, using the ANSUZ rune. If, for some reasone, during the 40 days I am not able to vibrate any runes, is it stil valid if I just raise energy and state affirmations?
-On the Hatha yoga PDF, it is written to do it at least twice a day, is it ok, instead, to do Kundalini yoga in the morning and Hatha yoga in the evening? Or will i lose my progress?

If you're in the middle of a working you need to still vibrate the runes. As far as yoga, I do kundalini yoga in the morning and hatha every day after work.

Thanks for your answer, I'll adjust my yoga schedule like this then.As for runic workings, i live in a studio flat, and i'll have my mom around the house for some days, so i can't really vibrate, what can i do in this case?

You can always take a walk. I don't know what kind of area you live in, but when I live in the country is just walk out to the fields or the woods. Now that I'm in the middle of a large city I'll walk around my neighborhood, a walking trail, or even down by the railroad tracks. If you aren't a fighter or aren't sure in your ability to protect yourself properly I'd stick to walking trails or your neighborhood.

Have you looked into training in martial arts? If you want to learn self-defense? Learn a thing or two about fighting . It also gives along with yoga and such. After all it's an ancient sport And like yoga is an ancient practice that is been around for centuries

Tomasnicole, I'm not sure if you were asking me or sonofSatan. But, I have study a considerable amount of martial arts. Currently I'm doing western martial arts with an outfit called Cymbrogi. We train mainly with long sword, and one-handed sword with optional off-hand, but we also do ringen, and schlaggen.

I have two other questions :D
-In the instructions for yoga, it says to not let more than 24 hours pass between two sessions, does this mean not to let them pass between a generic yoga session or, like, i have to do kundalini and hatha yoga every day at the same hour?
-When using the RAUM mantra for complete aura cleaning, do i also have to state affirmations? Or do i just visualize a white-gold aura over me?
