Mainly Void meditation. But also realisation that anger directed to the right source repeatedly for a longer period of time will make you not use it where it is not needed anymore. This source is Jews and their Torah. This is cause of all misery, to make justice for it FRTRs is given, and best FRTR3in1.
By the time you can notice how justice gets them and one can be calm they get what they deserve.
Using anger in other ways is useless unless there was situation where your life was at risk and somebody goes really guilty for it and etc.

You can also breathe blue energy into your Aura, by simply visualizing it so. This energy will be calming and help you over time, if done for, say, a couple minutes daily.
Anger, or rather Mars-related notions, such as passion and drive, are best directed towards sports and sex. If you can transform your emotions towards the arts, that works as well.

Anger can be different.
Anger brings problems when anger comes out at people who don't deserve it.
I recommend that you release your anger during sports, perhaps martial arts, boxing, and also try to moderate your anger for the purpose of control in addition to emptiness meditation through yoga.
