#135 Is there a primary God of the universe?

AvatarAsk Zeus Operator1 min to read

Ok so forum member Lanius on here said, in a nutshell, it doesn't matter, as you are interested in the Gods and ascension. Not bowing down to one god who just hands down laws to blindly follow. But still I am curious. Is there one? The Greek texts say Chaos or Kaos is at the top. Who do the highest Gods go to,. Or do they even need to if they are so high in power. What would he or she be like.

No, there isn't one. Many beings in Greek mythology are allegorical. Chaos isn't a personal being, obviously. The meaning of what you said is that order is created out of chaos, as higher order is created out of chaos. This is an observable fact.

#2

My theory is that the highest being on the universe is only know by those just above them, aybe the gods have their gods too

#3

And it's me who said that, not Lanius. That was my reply to 2 threads where someone (you?) asked how the universe was created.

The monotheistic model of a being creating everything and playing Sims with its creation is false and ridiculous. If you are looking to find such a being, it means you need to deprogram yourself from xianity or other Abrahamic religions.

The Greeks mentioned the personified concept Chaos, but they never considered it a god nor did they worship it or care about it at all in their daily life. There were never any temples or hymns or ceremonies to chaos. This is the same with other cultures who had such a concept, like the Egyptians. Not any of them worshipped or cared about it.

I never said that, and was rather surprised to see my name mentioned.

Satan is the highest of the Gods. Beelzebul is second highest. But all of our Gods are incredibly powerful and work together as a perfect team to achieve their goals.

To put it simply, Chaos is just the akasha that surrounds and penetrates everything, the quantum level of existence the Gods are masters of.

Ok so forum member.

The highest God is Satan and Dakini
While he is anthropomorphic, he is not.

What about Aether, who is also a Greek God? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greek_primordial_deities I think Chaos is even more fundamental than akasha, and Aether is what is akasha?

Are you sure?

It's like SatAnon said. Chaos is not a god, but a metaphor for an indescribable primordial state. The ancient Egyptians called it the primordial waters, Nun. It is the formless, incomprehensible state before the creation of the visible world. God himself created himself from this primordial state. All mythologies agree on this.

Read about this "primordial deity" Aether in Hesiod's Theogony and you should understand what it represents.
