@Fadiin To be honest I have never done the alternate nostril breathing for 10 whole minutes.. :O(I usually count the breaths, than the amount of time I'm doing it)
But damnit, why would my energy stuck in my lower chakras? Do I not empower you enough? D:<

And whyyy do I feel pain only when I do *not* go for walking or work out my legs? Isn't this a bit weird? :/
I mean I don't go for walking for two days and both days I'm in pain... I don't find this natural at all. It's not like I'm completely out of shape (since I started gym etc).

And yeah, I do the AUMs, I do the RAUM and all that. xD

But what about Satyananda? Should I actually attend her yoga session? I'm so sceptical... I don't want to perform corrupted yoga and I can't really sit there and just 'watch' you know? :/ So many questions. x__x
(thanks for the help though, I will try the alternate nostril breathing for ten minutes -or 5 for starters xD- next time I won't go to the gym)

So, I've been having a small problem with Hatha Yoga and decided to ask a "gym teacher" about it, who's also been doing yoga. This woman has even travelled to India and learned yoga... but I never felt anything 'special' from her (high bioelectricity or anything at all) so chances are, the teachings she's learnt are corrupted. She's not a Spiritual Satanist and I will not ever mention anything about our Religion to her.

Now, to the point.The problem I've been having is with the Cobra stretch posture. I have noticed that when I do not work out my legs at all (if I don't go to the gym or go for a long walk) when I do this posture I can feel the energy flowing down my legs but with greaaaat pain... I can feel it, as if it's being somehow blocked in my thighs and it slowly (and kind of thick?) it finally passes through (when the pain is gone) and then it actually feels really nice. :p
Anyway, this used to happen in the past a lot. So I started working out, going to the gym etc.HOWEVER, there are 2 days in a week that I can *not* go to the gym. I don't have enough time so I can't work out in those two days. And my legs just... they hurt so much when I do the Cobra stretch in those two days! It's unbelievable, it really pisses me off! :/

So, I've been starting to think that maybe the working out isn't all there is to it...?

Anyway, so I decided to ask this gym teacher... She... Well, she told me to attend her own yoga sessions if I want to and that she could privately see what I may be doing wrong. She's a friend of my father's, so her help will be for free (she actually wants to help) but I'm soooo fucking sceptical.
I am... in general, I do not trust people when it comes to spirituality, meditations and the like. The reason is quite obvious, right? There has been so much corruption...
Th[/IMG]Beginners Yoga Class Satyananda Style with Dr Nalini Sahay which I didn't even bother to watch all. The stupid "ooooohmmmm" oh man. -_-
Anyway, I am breathing energy daily obviously, I'm doing quality meditations everyday so I don't want to just lie down and think of breathing energy. I like Hatha Yoga because I can feel my bioelectricity increasing, stretching my body as well but what in the world is my problem with the Cobra stretch position??

And also, the gym teacher suggested me the Sun Salute Yoga. I remember it being mentioned here before as well but can someone direct me to VALID information about it? The correct poses without the enemy corruption? She also suggested that maybe I should work on my joints before doing yoga... how to do that now?

And should I actually attend the gym teacher's Satyananda Yoga session? I am so stressed out about it, I don't know what to do. :/


 
like i said try doing the alternate nostril breathing while holding at the top , which will direct witchpower to the upper chakras ,  no it does not mean you have weak lower chakras , it just means you have bad energy circulation , HP maxine said something about stretching  everyday for 20 minutes , in her news sermons (found on satans library) just be patient itll take liek 2 weeks until you notice improvement.

other than that , for the yoga classes, i take the asanas from a book called the illustrated light on yoga by BKS iyengar , i do not need a teacher  to show me the poses , but having one checking if im doing the correct and giving me tips would be a great help for starters but that time is over since ive been doing them for 3 months :p maxine also said something about lying down for 20 minutes after stretching to get the energy buzz and wait for it |( i know you are doing it im just stressing its importance :p)

if i had free time id go to the yoga session only for asanas and tips on how to perform them and if im doing them right etc,,, but not for meditation and mantras (OHM) but im getting the same results on my own so..

also i have found a fitness program that uses bodyweight to train your body , its called insanity , ive been working with it and its amazing! its a way better sub for the gym , i dont like the gym but i like running and stretching and body weight training , check it out , you can get it for free as a torrent from the pirate bay just type insanity andy ou should find it :)

You can try Insanity, but be forewarned, that it's called insanity because it is quite literally an insane workout, where you work extremely past your limit, and keep going I believe once a day, everyday, with no break while excersizing.

I MUST impress that having excellent cardiovascular health is vital to doing Insanity. PLEASE be careful.
