My apologies... I have two sisters 12 and 10 years old.
I think the older one has dedicated to Father Zeus in a previous lifetime.
She's very much into meditation even on her own. Before I talked to her about it she had already started to practice Void meditation.
She's very secretive and a lot more mature than the other kids her age.
I have been showing her some stuff but I haven't initiated her yet. (aoc/aop daily and the dedication)
She's very found of me showing her how to meditate and you can easily feel the passion she has for spirituality.
I just recalled the other day I was showing her my telekinesis skills with her dreamcatcher hanging.
Going from idle, left, right and stopping abruptly defying all notions of shitty popular science
and she was trying as well. I think she was able to make it move a little but it was hard to tell
anyway I could see she was really into it and I thought it was cool.^-^

I will soon take the time to give her the chance to start improving her soul! :D

I ask this because since last year I have been trying to change a relatively minor aspect, because I want to but im far from desperate or craving it like crazy. And now I seem to hit a wall regarding this, it doesn't matter how much I try to do it, the progress stopped heavily these past 3 months.

While I did manage to change it to my likings a bit, there wasn't too much of a change these months. All im doing is using visualizations. No energy works or anything like that, so wanna know if this needs serious energy works to happen, because visualization has hit an almost dead end.

You should add an affirmation to the "program" step of witchcraft.

A while ago I started losing my hair. I want to keep my hair, so every morning and evening I breathe white-gold energy into my hair, then affirm "This energy is permanently restoring all of my lost hair in a safe, healthy, and positive way for me." I repeat this cycle 9 times. During the whole session I visualize my hair growing back. After over two years, the bald patches have almost completely returned! Most of the men on both sides of my family have become bald very early in life, so this was no accident. Biokinesis is absolutely possible, it just requires a lot of energy, time, and determination.

I'll be keeping a log of my progress on this working, and I also intend to start a Jupiter square to free my chakras from negative karma on November 8th. I honestly vibrate Munka only in my 7 chakras, i don't think there is a need to vibrate it in the third eye but i'm not sure it depends on where the karma is, is it only in the main chakras or even in the other ones? But even then i would vibrate Munka in the other chakras only if i had the time. If you want to test it then go ahed ;)

By the way i now remebered that i found a meditation on ToZ that i never see before. It's basicaly the Rotating elements meditation but with the full steps. I don't know why It wasn't put on the meditations page but i'll leave the link here https://templeofzeus.org/Circulating_Elements.php

Ho avuto un periodo un bel po di tempo fa in cui non meditavo con frequenza.
E magari qualcuno si trova con lo stesso problema e vorrei provare a dire come io ho risolto.
Innanzitutto il primo passo e mettere la volontà perche senza quella non si fa nulla,seconda cosa scrivere una routine giornaliera fatta con dei rituali
Stile Ritual
Per esempio iniziate cosi (e solo un esempio)

Meditazione 666
Meditazione completa dei chakra
Meditazione raum
Poi affermazione a scelta per 9 volte.

Continuate a farla ogni giorno quando non sentirete il minimo sforzo nel doverla fare e il naturale bisogno di andare avanti e aumentare.
