È molto meglio se usa le rune, specie per qualcuno che tende ad uscire dalla realtà ( senza offesa per te zammel ognuno ha i propri "difetti" ed è su questo che dobbiamo lavorare)Il mantra Yama così come indra non è ideale specie per chi è con la testa tra le nuvole per così dire.
Ti consiglio di usare le rune che ha suggerito ma non Yama oppure fai ripetizioni basse e vedi come va.
fuoco blu 666Ho dei problemi in famiglia, mio padre ha tentato ancora di picchiarmi come fece quando non ero neanche adolescente, ho dovuto difendermi e ci sono riuscito senza nuocere, ma poi i miei genitori mi hanno fatto iniziare delle sedute da uno psicologo.
I loro corportamenti non sono cambiati e vogliono che smetto di meditare(cosa che non farò mai, medito tanto e intensamente e preferirei morire che smettere di avanzare e fare il mio dovere come Zevista Spirituale.
Mio padre oltre ad essere estremamente irascibile pretende anche delle scuse e mia madre, lo psicologo e alcuni loro conoscenti mi hanno detto che non dovevo difendermi dalla violenza fisica e che gli devo chiedere scusa perché è mio padre, è stato via lontano di casa per diverso tempo e ha preferito seguire i suoi interessi piuttosto di cercare di fare pace.
Mia madre mi ha detto che sono freddo ed ho un grosso ego ma vedo chiaramente che questi pensieri orrendi sono causati dal xianesimo e al modo in cui sono stati educati in passato, loro mi hanno sempre detto che avrebbero preferito un ragazzo normale più facile da comprendere ed eterosessuale, mi vedono come una persona che non appartiene a questo mondo e che sono un incubo, tempo fa mi hanno detto che avrebbero preferito una cortellata nella schiena quando gli ho detto che sono omosessuale.
Poi a periodi diventano sorridenti e affettuosi temporaneamente e mi dicono che non dovrei portare rancore e che devo fare le cose che mi dicono se non lo faccio ad esempio mio padre alza le mani se accendo il forno, se apro la finestra anche solo per poco tempo per cambiare l' aria eccetera.
Riguardo allo psicologo sono stato in grado di non farmi influenzare, al contrario prevedo in anticipo quello che sta per dire e domino la conversazione e respingo le influenze mentali con il terzo occhio e la meditazione del vuoto poi faccio pulizia di aura e chakra, hanno tutti un' energia che non mi piace per niente.
Sono estremamente furioso per come sono stato trattato e vengo trattato, sono davvero molto tentato di fare magia nera con tutto l' odio concentrato che ho su di loro.
Anche altre persone hanno una sensibilità da morti viventi e dicono di non portare rancore, che non è positivo per la salute che è male e non serve, cazzo il xianesimo ha reso le persone come se soffrissero di demenza senile con un' anima( sempre che l'abbiano) in procinto di morire, chi dice che la magia nera è male e ti si ritorce come dicono i new age e i xiani è un idiota lobotomizzato che non sa cosa vuol dire veramente soffrire per le ingiustizie subite e cosa è odiare.
Consigli su come posso migliorare la situazione?

Sorry for the longest time to respond. Unless someone quotes me (even with nothing I said) I don't get a notification and it may be a month before I find out that someone answered me. (This actually popped up when I searched for "cryokinesis" again lol, weird how my interest in this has spiked up after almost exactly a month, almost to say each element likes to be worked on for a week before skipping to the next in line. :P
Anyway, yeah I checked that link. Stormblood and Ghost in the Machine usually come up with really enlightening explanations on the elements (among other things) and it helped me a lot understanding the benefits of Air when I thought they weren't so obvious. After that, I started developing a different feel and understanding how Air can be applied to various other tasks.

Those websites, like PsiWiki, are usually "not so bad, but bad", in my opinion. Meaning, they try to give an explanation that results in the meet up of the scientific explanation of a physical phenomenon and the science of the Soul, which 99% of them probably don't have any clue about. That said, the science that explains something like 'freezing water' is correct and in Cryokinesis the effect we're after is obviously the same.

- Vibrating the wrong number of the mantra. (Even just off by one.)
- Speaking a word incorrectly then restarting that single vibration.
- Starting the square during an hour of the day but doing one day's vibrations during an hour of the night.

Just like how some people were earlier trying to use Sanskrit Saturn mantras to curse enemies and then the HPs said that is was an exercise to destroy once soul and to stop it immediately. You need an HP to tell you these things, or a Daemon. But if he already had daemonic guidance he wouldn't have asked here.
Yes I am not fully open enough to hear demons yet. It's only been less than a year me seriously meditating and trying to better myself before that I had at least 5 wasted years not doing meditations also doing harmful things like drugs so it may be a little bit before I can see and hear demons but at least I am back on track.
If this person had a bad personal experience with it I trust that cause I don't want to take risks.

Are you saying there are Runes (or Power Words) which are not on the Futhark/Odin page, or are you saying Runes 20-23 on the Futhark/Odin page are difficult (or deadly, as you say) to use?
