Si possono prendere nella stessa giornata ma è meglio distanziarli almeno di un paio d'ore, il magnesio preferibilmente la sera e la vitamina D al mattino, comunque sono completamente d'accordo con quello che ha detto birch sulla vitamina D, meglio prendere il sole e avere dei buoni livelli di colesterolo che grazie alla radiazione solare si attiva in vitamina D3 naturale a meno che tu non soffra di carenza di vitamina D o di patologie come l'osteoporosi puoi tranquillamente prendere il sole o se non puoi usare l'olio di fegato di merluzzo che ne è ricco naturalmente e ha altri benefici forniti dagli omega 3 e vitamina A evitando però l'aglio altrimenti il sangue si fluidifica troppo.
Grazie. Te lo chiedo qui per risparmiare un topic. Ultimamente non risco più a meditare. All'inizio meditavo per ore senza problemi. Non mi importava più di altro. Continuavo ad incamerare energia. Con il passare dei mesi sono riuscito anche ad uscire dal corpo una volta e molte volte riuscivo ad uscire a metà. Tra l'altro non mi ero mai posto il problema del fluoro. Tanto che utilizzavo il dentifricio al fluoro. Sono riuscito anche a distinguere la mano della mia demone guardiana. Poi ad un tratto più niente. Come se fossi sempre carico di energia. Non è il rilassamento il problema. Nulla totale come un blocco. Dopo mesi passati così mi chiedo cosa possa essere. Ho tutti i chakra aperti. Anche quelli minori. Credo sia il fluoro. Ma non so. Ora uso un dentifricio normale ma non è cambiato un granchè.

Those people are the classic "sit braindead at work for 10 hours, then get drunk and party and repeat" types of NPCs. They are everywhere, and I had the "pleasure" of working with them also on many occasions.
Having a very strong and vibrant aura would most likely be the closest thing to what you are thinking of. It will differentiate you from normal people quite heavily as your presence will be much stronger. However, this usually takes quite some time to develop to such a point. You can try a variety of sun-energy mantras to see which one strengthens your aura in this way the most. Examples are Raum, Surya (or the full spiritual Sun mantra), Sowilo, Uruz. You can also try Ehwaz into your aura as it deals with making others act according to your will, in a harmonious way. Thurisaz is another "imposing" rune, but it is usually too violent on its own so you'd need atleast Ehwaz together with it.

Greetings to all fellow Zevism members, I confess that I hesitated a bit before writing this, because I wasn't sure if I was doing it right, and honestly I didn't think I was qualified to pass on any knowledge. But here I am sharing something I learned that is helping me a lot and I hope it helps you too.
Something that is often talked about here and that everyone should be aware of is that we are at war. Yes, we are in a spiritual war against the alien agents who seek to dominate this planet, and who have contaminated the astral plane of this planet intensively, hence the importance of the Rituals for the conclusion of this goal.
I believe that many of you, like me, live in a hostile spiritual environment. Certain places have the corresponding astral plane so contaminated and infested with hostile thought-forms and entities that the Zevist feels under constant spiritual harassment. In such cases, aura cleansing and aura protection done frequently helps a lot in these situations.
Good post, Degonki. If I may add other ideas, for protection ( not to consume as much energy ) one can use SURYA/AUM SURYAE and replace SURYA from cleansing with VRIM or VISUDDHI.
And for UR work, first I would do full chakral meditation and then use URUZ combined with SOWILO, absorbing energy from the sun, with at least 40 repetitions.

From what I heard is that SURYAE attract energy from the sun (so that would make kinda useless when there is no sun outside?) And that SURYA transform your own energies into sun type energy, i wonder which would be better from health and protection, perhaps the SURYAE one given the fact that it adds energy and not just transform?

I've seen some people here say it's worse now than ever before, but clearly they have no idea how bad it used to be. Perhaps it seemed better to them because they were lucky enough to live in complete ignorance to the situation back then, if they were alive back then.

Depending on your astral senses sensitivity / openness you will pick up on patterns around you. This can also pertain to knowledge of numerology, with the numbers you know about sticking out more than usual.
I for one always see 666, 333 or even 88 a large amount of times daily, even if it's only 66 or a 6 is somewhere else on a display at work or elsewhere. I also 'auto correct' certain phrases or 'hear' things on the astral before they are spoken. This is natural, and a result of open or opening astral senses.
Back to your number. I have to say, 1001 is read as 2 to me. Someone else could see it as 1000 (a number of perfection) +1. And someone else could see it as binary and simplify it to 9. You will pick up on numbers of significance to you if you're aware of them, it's cool and motivating to me :)
