A long with the physical stretches I've mentioned and massaging my feet. I did the Alternate Nostrils breathing and focused on my pineal gland. The pineal gland is ruled by Neptune.
The problem hasn't occurred since. Some warmth has happened in my feet but it's been minor. And it hasn't gone all the way to my toes. I believe the course of actions has helped and will eventually heal it.
