From experience it's much easier to remove that kind off entity from someone else, than from yourslef. I have a lot of practice with exorcism :D

It's gonna take a while. No matter what, never give up.

Do void meditation. Use ISA each time it speaks.
Then raise energy from each chakra starting from base, try push it out.
It usually will make you lose focus when you reach chakra it's attached too. Start again. Don't give up, be persistent.
Raise energy with 666 meditation. Or with SaTaNaMa/SaTaNaS

Per la mia vista limitata, potrei presumere che, sempre seguendo ciò che hai scritto nel topic, ovvero l'elefante espressione della propria potenza, devo imparare ad incalanare le mie energie in modo efficiente verso cose più utili(?)

Prima di darti l'interpretazione ho bisogno di sapere come era l'elefante, di che colore era, com'è la persona che hai sognato e dove sono i colori verde e celeste, il celeste immagino sia il cielo senza nuvole del deserto, hai visto solo l'oasi o anche il deserto?
E soprattutto come ti sei sei sentito emotivamente nel sogno e che emozioni provi da questa visione?
È tutto come domande che voglio farti.

Ive done headstand in the past but, Ive had some spinal issues, places that hurt so I got it checked and the results were to the point that it just wouldnt be safe for me to do a headstand or tripod.
I think in regards to that, the "suggestion" to master tripod and headstand, though well meant, are ill fitting.
There are also other exercises that will strengthen the muscles needed, and other prep work or work that would help you achieve a strong, straight, non-banana like handstand.
They're usually found if you look at calisthenics, and one of the exercises mentioned is the "hollow body". Which seems to also be needed for effective pullups.
