Do Planets continuously send energy to our souls through our chakras?

So for example, does Saturn send its energies to the root chakra all the time at a passive rate and this influences the chakra according to how the sign and houses Saturn is in in someone’s natal chart? And then so on with the other planets and their respective chakras/soul parts.

I know this could be more complicated so if Saturn has aspects with other planets it will also send energy to their corresponding chakras/soul parts.

@Acolyte Of Pan 666 In your scenario, you completely disregard that these nefarious plans require popular support, but the confidence in the system is breaking by the minute, and reaches a low going a few years further. Yes, things can seem bleak at the moment, but doomsday scenarios are unlikely. And even in the case that the public fucks up this planet, it is not like Zevist souls do not have another place to continue evolving.
