My feelings have started to got out of control and its starting to affect my life. are there any power meditations that i can perform to control my emotions

ever since i gave up christianity and turned to spritual satanism things have started to get better for me i feel satan and thank him for everything but are there any hand symbols or special prayers i can say to him i was just wondering p.s my christian "friends" keep insulting...
