I am having trouble with this one. So far I've been succesful in weight loss until I stop doing it but I can't seem to figure this one out.

I haven't opened up all of my chakras yet but I have been meditating a lot, and I invoked ether for the first time last week. I saw my demon and I'm not sure if I got his name right. I keep calling him vordak but I can't be sure that's actually a demon name? XD at first it sounded like marduk...
