Ever since I did the opening of the heart chakra last night, I've had these intense surges of what I can describe to be cold, rushing feelings in my upper back area.. They're so intense they haven't let up all day. what could this possibly be? HAIL SATAN!!!!

I have issues when it comes to over obsessing over things, and I understand the only thing that can snap me out of these unwanted thoughts is void meditation, thank you for the advice sims.
