I just started doing the opening of the soul...second day...I've had a blinding headache all day and yesterday too...I found some headache relief meditation online...neways....weird stuff has happened on the first day...a transformer blew up near my job...we could hear voices...bubbles came out...

When you do these practices how many days should you wait before to try the next one? After you preform the 1st, on the 2nd is says like 4-5 days. Then on the third it does say anything??? Please help
