I've started on the Opening the Third Eye meditation and been practicing the Thoth vibration but can't seem to get the feeling of the vibration to move up to my forehead. Any advice/tips?

In need of help, i performed the blood pact to dedicate my soul to Satan but have not followed through with it. Now i have a skin condition unknown to the doctors, i hate life and don't care for anyone. Is any or all of this linked to the fact i haven't followed through with the pact? Please...
