    Thanks for approving it. I may be wrong. But do you agree that with that when our consciousness is in meditation on itself there will be a white light produced?

    I wrote this before but the mods did not like it. Perhaps i should have used other words. Just wrote that the light is our friend. The light happens when your own consciousness observes itself. Dzogchen teach it.
