Now, I'm not sure if it's definately the Akasha that's doing this, but I breathed it into my body, and more specifically into my 3rd eye and 6th chakra areas. I did this first. Then, I went to Air. It's my favorite element, and one of the easier ones for me to conjure up in my mind...

Okay, I was kinda like praying, thinking to Father Satan before I went to bed a few nights ago. Anyway, I started to think about the chakras and how the Fire element corresponds to the lower chakras and Water to the higher, and the Heart chakra is both fire and water, like a polarity...
