my father is in the hospital for possible stroke what should i do meditation wise. i would appreciate any help i could get. thank you Damien ps. i spoke to Father Enki but he seemed quite busy, obviously. i don't blame him of course though.

what meditations could i use to at least help absolve my addictions generally, if any? im sure there are some i just don't probably know of them yet.
