Hello there i need help i can't seem to get the power mediations to work. Like i don't even feel the slightest change in anything that i have tried to do.... Am i doing something wrong? can someone help me out? HAIL SATAN!!!!

I am having trouble going into the trance like state, I am hardly alone, and if that doesn't make matters worse i can hardly even clear my head, i have so much going on through my head that it's not even funny.... WHAT DO I DO? Hail Father SATAN!!!!
