I was just trying to astral project and I felt a straight line of pressure (probably 2 inches in length maybe 1)on my forehead now I have a headache was my third eye opening or something

I have a huge problem (well in my eyes) I cant do any meditation or rituals or my parents will kick me out they are old school Christians and I have to stay because I don't make close to enough money to move out and I don't have anyone that will take me in I know I'm not supposed to be afraid...
