ok, so I made a mistake. I was sure there was a meditation to like unlock or empower it, not to expand it and I think I mistaken it with Breath of Fire. Thank you for your reply🍻

Greetings everyone, I would like to know where can I get the proper meditation page to empower my Sushumna please. I remember it used to be in the old JoS website and I couldn't find it in archives no more. I'm trying to fit a new program in my life to follow the 7 fold path. Cheers
