I am trying to develope umbrakinesis, but have yet to succend. Does anyone know how to repel photons? I seem to have to start there.

this was mentioned before in one of my ealier posts. Does anyone have any info on this ability, were it came from, who possess's it, etc? But especially how to develope it? (note): apparently only a so-called reaper and very few mortals have this ability.

If i self hyponotis myself, is there a chance that it would eventually wear off? example: i hyponotis myself to be less emotional. Would this affirm eventually wear off in my mind and i become really emotional again?

I know that most yoga poses help, improve, or strenghten certain appects of the body, but do they serve any energy purposes? Like empowerment, or raising energy, maybe even strenghten certain parts of the soul. Basically would adding yoga to meditation be helpful in any astral way?
