I see a big emphasis on the power rituals. Are we still supposed to do the RTR's?

I thought I would say hello on Adolf Hitler's birthday. Been reading up on ToZ. Did my dedication about 3 months ago. I'm a pretty laid back guy, I don't cause nausea and stay out of trouble. Main motto is "live-and-let live". There is still a lot I don't understand here: where are the Gods...
