No God has ever left us. And try sports for stress relief. There ain't much room for stress when the body aches, and endorphins kick in.

I try to study with maximum focus for hours but it is never enough, I wish I was smart enough to succeed on this path. I don't even know how to pronounce the new rituals, I would always obsess over pronunciation but no matter how hard I try I can never do anything right. I wish I wasn't so dumb and could figure out the basics of advancement. I thought spirituality would be the one area of life I could succeed in but I can't even do that.
