What should I do?!

I have to fast to spare myself the criticism from those around me. Every year it's difficult; even spiritually I'm exhausted and neglecting my duties like meditation and yoga, etc., because every corner of the house is filled with Quranic recitation or prayers.

No book and nothing can impede you from meditating. Remove this program from your mind, it cannot affect you, its empty.
