We need to remind ourselves that fashion preferences can be something 'temporary', like a phase in life. If it is his case, let him live that moment. At least he won't regret from not doing what he wanted to do, or will eventually regret copycatting other people. There are people from all parts of the world in here, and different ages (body, and soul).
About job interviews, it depends on what kind of job too. An interview for a serious office might not turn right, but maybe for being a bartender won't be a problem. It's not uncommon for actors, singers, to wear makeup on stage, paint their nails and have odd haircuts. Don't we supposed to have Zevists involved on all areas around the world? We need artists and people working at night too, they are even better to promote the ideas, since a variety of people like to gather in events. It might not be a serious endeavor like being a priest from a temple, but for the masses it could be useful. The knowledge available outside needs to be corrected and showed to people, at least to show the Gods as being glorious and powerful, more so then Yehuborim creeps and fictional characters. So many awesome bands out there making amazing songs, but with lyrics portraying the Gods the wrong way .If we need to get out there, acting serious 24/7 will keep people away and only attract half a dozen, compared to more than 8 billion people in the world.
If men can paint nails or not, soon there will be topics all over the place asking if men can wear long hair, if it is more 'masculine' having short hair. If men with long hair should use certain shampoos (to prevent their hair getting dry), if men should more moisturizers for the skin (a lot of men that I know don't use nothing at all, not even protection from the Sun). Men out there love to brag how they are so 'masculine' that some don't cut their nails, don't wipe their asses and barely wash their cocks. Then we see them getting their organ removed out because, since it wasn't being taken care of (like checking for a cancer, STDs), it got into awful and deplorable state.
I would probably see nails painted on men as something unusual and remain neutral, as in where I live they seem to have the same haircuts and wear the same type of clothes. I don't the difference at all, maybe the shoes showing off, unless they make that awful combination of colors and patterns. At least all black is all black, but everything colorful like a rainbow, it hurts my eyes.
