How should I approach this crushing challenge?

Hello, I will keep this short. My life just seems to be cracking apart at the seams and I do not know how to approach and or manage it.

My wife, is doing a bit better but is still having seizures, and cannot drive. As a result I have to do all the appointments for her and my beloved children and work around my full time manufacturing job, which thankfully is slightly more flexible. But I worry about my wife, and also it's very hard to do all these appointments and not get fired, as sometimes its a lot. There is nothing else I can physically do right now unless I split myself in two or like had my own business or very unique working hours.

There is no other transportation options available, I don't make enough to relocate us to an urban area.
I am trying to be the unbreakable pillar right now, but not having enough energy to start my business is a bit demoralizing.
I want to start a SaaS company, but I need money now, and more free time basically for my family to assist.

I'm basically ready to crack from everything.

I am doing money workings, I keep seeing ads for insurance license. But I hate life and health insurance.
Given the current market, I may just bite the bullet and get the clean pressed suit on after I get the license.... I don't know what else to do?

Also I am like. Hundreds and hundreds of applications in at this point with this accursed tech job market of ghosts and specters.

Why not try doing Lord Asclepius or Lord Valerefontis ritual to ask for help about your wife's seizures? You could ask a God to help you reach your goal of getting that money to start a business?

You can do this, don't think about giving up or breaking, only of where you need to get to and how to do it. That being said, this does not sound like the time to try start a business as that is loads of work, pressure, and potentially stress, on it's own. Get through this chaotic and difficult time and into stability, then progress from there.
If it's a better job you need, Lord Volac is wonderful in this, he has helped so many of us. Write down the important points regarding the job you need (be honest but also realistic) and do a summoning ritual to ask for his help.
Also keep doing healing workings for your wife if you are able, and/or Lord Valefor's power ritual to help her.

Greetings Brother, starting a business takes years of hard work before you see tangible results. My advice is to find a relative or family friend to help with transportation for the time being.

Thank you everyone, I will do what I can to try to manage this and sort this with Workings and God Rituals, I may even just pivot into insurance on the side if I have to, even though I have been hesitant on this for a few years. I will see what I need to do.

So far Zeus and the Gods tell me everything will be fine, and to stop worrying. I will do that, just has been difficult when i feel like I'm drowning. Lol.
