Which runes are used to empower which chakras? I am pretty sure this list is correct:

Eye - Dagaz
Crown - Ingwaz
Pineal - Thurisaz
Throat - Kenaz
Heart - Gebo
Solar - Sowilo
Sacral - Dagaz
Base - Raidho

That is not the pineal Chakra. That is the 6th Chakra, the pineal gland being a physical part of the brain. These are not the same thing, and exist on differing planes of existence, both of course still being a part of us as a whole being. If anything assigning numbers to the chakras is an efficient way to navigate the primary 7 if the extra designations get you mixed up, especially in meditation where concentration can deviate at times if you let it. The third eye as well, this can also be called the frontal extension of the 6th chakra. The shoulders are extensions of the 4th chakra, the temple chakras of the 6th, and hip chakras of the 1st or base.

Thurisaz can be used on all chakras and is very powerful for unblocking and opening them, but be sure to perform a powerful cleansing first and use a proper affirmation to direct its energy.

The Dagaz rune for the Third Eye can also be used for the sixth chakra and the sexual chakra.

The Ing rune can be replaced with Bjork on the crown chakra, and Ing can also be used on the sexual chakra.

Bjork can be useful for activating the pineal gland along with Sowilo for a powerful synergy. I have used this combination before, but Laguz and Sugil can also be useful together because the G sound naturally activates the pineal gland.

Do not use Thurisaz on the pineal gland.

Thank you for clearing this up, I thought the pineal gland was the 6th chakra

Thank you! I received Thurisaz in a dream so I have been wondering how I should apply what I learned. I was using the Sanskrit on my chakras before.

Be careful on using energies on the body, though if you are new, a heavy focus on research and getting spiritually established should be top priority. If you go to meditations for empowering the pineal gland, you will notice the programming is there to direct the energies to expand empower the pineal gland in a safe and healthy way. This as any example of working directly with the body, could be applied as a standard for other areas, being very specific about how the energy works upon the body. In time, maybe this could change as we understand how to direct energy better, but until then, meditations and research, putting the pieces together, removing obstacles, etc are good things to work on, among other things. The Virtues are quite a special discovery upon my return to the community, I recommend looking into them, and living by them the best you can by embodying their teachings.

I'd recommend using the Sanskrit mantras for a longer period of time if you are new. Runes are simultaneously more intense while being a bit less effective.
Things like this are best used later on, when you want variety, when you want to empower the Chakras in a different way after reaching a sticking point, etc.

Think of it like the gym, you would want to start off with compound movements with a free barbell in order to strengthen the stabilizer muscles, as opposed to starting out with machines, never strengthening the stabilizers, risking injury.

Solid advice I will take it!

Any issue with starting my day with Othala x10, Sowilo x10, Thurisaz x10 and the following affirmation: "I am channeling peak Mars vitality into fluid, precision movement, fueling my system with disciplined power and radiant health."

I assume I have to separate my chakra work. Maybe before bed 🤔

Thank you for helping
