Before I begin I would like to reflect on my discovery of spiritual satanism a bit, it has been eye opening and nerve wracking but absolutely priceless. I am grateful to be here. :.>

To start, I just wanted to ask if feeling safe and protected comes overtime with meditation and protection measures, or if there is a way for me to be protected in real-time. I frequently deal with intrusive thoughts about my safety and if the enemy is doing something. It keeps me up at night; now that I have found the magnum opus of religion lol.
I also got into a bit of a conflict with a jew. She's with this group, not the brightest group but we get along. I don't have many friends so I can't complain. It's not that crazy but she's religious, I just said some statistics that hurt her feelings. Ironically I have had this happen to me before except with a non-jew. I just think about my health and safety.
Not sure what else to add, if there is any advice on how to make myself safer and more powerful would be highly appreciated.
