I am currently active duty army for the United States. It takes a LOT of my time spiritually to mediate, vibrations (get used to not being able to focus on your chakras everyday, you gotta schedule it but it is doable), and meditation. Sometimes all I have time for is meditation before having to get up for training, exercise, tables (training practice for your job depending on what you do - I am artillery so we do it often) and many other things. All leadership has to do is schedule you for something, and you could be sitting somewhere all day. I sneak in meditation and prayers whenever I can. As for vibrating for spellwork or rituals, do it at home. Create your space and consecrate it; it’s the most peaceful I get when I’m not on deployment. It’s a lot of work and spiritually you won’t be able to do everything you want to, but you can make it work most days. Just don’t give up on your own personal progress. Sometimes before I start to workout with my battalion I say in my head “I dedicate this workout to Father Satan Veles so that He may receive our energy.” I want to do more, but hey, what I can give I mean with utmost sincerity.
If doing the military or police force helps benefit you financially, your purpose, or otherwise then go for it. Just be aware it WILL be harder for you to dedicate time to the Gods for however long you join. Pour your heart into it, even if it’s only for merely a few minutes a day out in the field. You will be around lots of negativity so you must maintain a healthy routine spiritually. Don’t beat yourself up if it’s brief; just do it and keep your vows between yourself and our Father.
