How can I tune a lucid dream into an Astral Projection

So, I kinda have a semi-consistent technique to lucid dream which is just WBTB.

The problem is that how can I tune a lucid dream into astral projection?

I always have problems trying to tune a lucid dream into an astral projection. The last two times I failed. I tried flying to the dream sky while thinking of astral projecting and affirming to astral project.

To answer your question though, I would assume it has to involve some kind of conscious willpower (directed focus) to change your vibrational field. Like a sort of meditation from within the lucid dream. Without that, you just end up drawing in, magnetically, with your vibrations, physical reality. That makes sense, right?

I don't know how to tune a lucid dream into astral projection, but to go in astral you should be in Trance and aware of your chakras and body.

Yes, I wanted to suggest earlier to go into a meditative pose and meditate during the lucid dream. From there, one could project then.

It is Wake Back To Bed. I wake up at night, make an alarm at 2:00 am then stay awake for 35 - 40 mins then sleep again.
