Thank-you for the detailed reply. "when a soul runs out of energy and dissipates into the true death/second death." This happens how? Forgive me, I am new around here. I have been reading that meditation helps with this. I have been meditating for about five years now.

I have read these two books. If I remember correctly, the souls in the books have no gender and can go into a male or female body. However, on the forums here I am reading the opposite, that souls have a gender and can only go into a body of that particular gender. Can anyone weigh in on this...
