What about my life after the dedication ritual?
If I may give you an advice, when you start the practical exercises, know how to balance things. Do NOT push yourself so much if you start to feel tense. For example if I practice a lot- I balance with good food (I take care to eat enough, big meals), I meet with good people, I make sex... Just...- Xyster
