I suffer from anxiety and take Xanax for it. I have been trying alternate methods of relief and was wondering if anyone else with anxiety has ever noticed that astral projecting in general will alleviate some of the problem(at least for me). Anyone else ever used astral projecting to "treat"...

I was starting a chakra alignment meditation. I was only at the first center. I always get the order backwards and start with the crown chakra. So I was starting to feel the energy of my crown chakra and it was getting pretty strong when all of the sudden...boom...this current of energy...
