I plan on dedicating my soul to Satan sometime this week and was wondering, how do I meditate? I've only done so a few times before by clearing my mind and imagining golden spheres congregating to the center making one sphere grow in size. So what is the proper way of meditating? Any advice...

Is there some sort of physical "Bible" I could purchase and read daily? I often find myself with nothing productive to do and would love to know if there is a "Bible" I could read to educate myself more.
