Tonight I was attacked by a group of guys, and I wanted to know is there anyway that one can protect themselves from physical harm. I did not fight back because I did not know what these people were capable of.

I was mediating and I was visualizing light just like the sun on my sixth chakra and all of a sudden, I saw a powerful flash that startled me a little. Could anyone tell me what this means seeing a bright flash more brighter than the energy I was visualizing

Since I have been power meditating, I feel this powerful force of wind that fellows right behind me. I can also feel it when I begin to walk and when I stand still, I can feel a strong windy breeze. Can someone elaborate what this can be or what it means
