As far as I'm aware, you first move it to your front base chakra, and then slowly upwards all the way to the crown. Then you move it back down your rear chakra extensions. This is a part of the magnum opus (It's on JoS in more detail).  -Shael Hail Satan Forever! Hail Minoson Forever!
