How many times do I have to make clear that I lack focus of mind without which meditation is impossible?

I had this problem and more since before becoming vegetarian and I don't see how this can affect my thoughts. And I like I said I can't do void.

I did a bit of pranayama but I got tired of it. I managed to do it only because I was listening to music. Focusing on the breath and nothing more can't be done.
